Our Open Gym sessions are open to all athletes, both Hellcats and non-Hellcats, These sessions are an opportunity for athletes to choose what they want to work on in a self-led, structure-free environment. Athletes are free to work on stunts, tumbles, dance, conditioning and anything else they may choose to use our facility for all under the general supervision of our fully qualified coaches, You may pay in advance or in cash on the day however due to limited spaces we do require that you pre-book your spot should you wish to attend. This class is open to ages 5+.
